A repair was required when our bow ramp mechanics broke. This hole was cut into the side to get at the machinery. |
| When we got back to San Diego in July of 1966 we entered Campbell's Shipyard and went into drydock there. Many things were worked on. When we got out, we went, immediately, to Underway Training. |
